The first section is the feed region. This is the beginning stage of the drying process. The main role in the working area is used for dehydrating sludge and other materials. When the materials are entering into the machine, the moisture will be evaporated rapidly. Enter into the cleaning area of sludge drying machine with the force of lifting plate in the unbounded state.
After passing through the feeding area, it will enter into the cleaning area. Then the lifter continuously takes raw materials up and evenly spread to increase the heating area. A large number of water content has been taken away. This step is a key link in the whole drying system. In order to avoid the emergence of sticking to the wall, the cleaning device of sludge drying machine began to work. It also can crush the material clumps to achieve the purpose of full drying.
The third step is inclined lifting plate region. The moisture content of material at this time has been greatly reduced, which would not stick to the wall. After appropriate heat treatment, it has basically achieved the drying requirements and the materials can be discharged.
After the above three steps, the material can enter into the last working area – the discharge zone. Lifting plate is not set here, and the material can be discharged through the inertial gravity outlet. So the whole drying system of sludge drying machine has completed its drying work.
