Operating Instructions of Hot Airflow Dryer
1. After installation, startdraught fan to check if its rotary direction and the suction of feeding mouthis normally.
2. Check all flange joints ofairflow dryer to see if there is air leakage phenomenon.
3. Tie a cloth bag with both endsopen to the separator's discharging mouth.
4. Put materials which are waitingto be dried into feeding mouth and rule the big-block materials out to improvethe drying speed.
5. Light the fuel in stove andstart draught fan. Materials can be put into machine when the air outlettemperature reaches 150℃.
6. Clear the big-block materialsout of discharging area in time, in order to feed raw materials into machineeffectively.
