The sleeve dryer can be divided into energy-saving sleeve dryer and non-energy saving sleeve dryer. It is mainly used to dry granular materials within a certain temperature and granularity like yellow sand used in dry mortar industry, molding sand used in castingindustry, blast furnace slag used in cement industry, clay with smallparticles, and small materials without chemical changes and not afraid of heatand dust used in chemistry industry.
The moisture content of the material safter being dried can reach 1 to 0.5% or below, according to the demands of thespecific industry. The material in the dryer shouldn't stick to cylinder walland lifting blade. The hot air temperature shouldn't be higher than 750℃ at average, and the inside wall of cylinder should adopt heat resistant steel plate if high temperature is specially needed.
Advantages of Sleeve Dryer Machine
1. Convenient operation; small covering area.
2. Good drying effect; after repeated heat transfer in the cylinder, the moisture content of the materials is reduced gradually, finally reaching the ideal drying effect.
3. Seldom malfunctions during operation; reliable quality.
4. The discharging temperature of materials is below 50℃ and can enter the storage directly without being cooled down in cooling tent.
5. The primary moisture content is 15% and the final moisture content is guaranteed 0.5 to 1%. The sleeve dryer machine is your first choice in cement slag powder and dry-mixed mortar production line.
6. The temperature of the outer cylinder is below 60℃ and the waste gas temperature is below 100℃. The cloth bag of dust removing equipment has a 2 times longer service life. Only steam is discharged.
Disadvantages of Sleeve Dryer
The only disadvantage of sleeve dryermachine is the inconvenient repair of the internal cylinder. But we are tryingto find a way to solve this problem.
