River sand dryer is broadly used to dry river sand, sea sand, steel slag, iron filings, oxide, granulating slag and other materials in industries like construction material, metallurgy, ore beneficiation, chemistry and cement, etc. The moisture content of the final products after drying can reach 0.5% or below according to the requirements of different industries.

1. Small covering area: saving 60% in covering area and 60% in construction investment compared with monocular dryer.
2. Low energy consumption: its coal consumption is 1/3 of that of monocular dryer; saving electricity consumption by 40%; the coal consumption per ton is less than 9 kg.
3. High drying efficiency: improving the drying efficiency by 40% compared with the traditional monocular dryer.
4. Good drying effect: the materials can be dried from the primary moisture content at 15% to 0.5-1% of final products. It is the best choice to dry bulk materials like river sand, yellow sand, sea sand and pomegranate sand etc.
5. It can be fueled by stone coal, soft coal, coal gangue, oil and gas. River sand driers are suitable for block, granular and powder shaped materials within 20-40mm.

7. The temperature of final products is below 60.C, which makes the product enter warehouse directly without being cooled down in cooling tent.
8. The temperature of outer cylinder is below 60.C; the waste gas is below 120.C; the cloth bag of dust removal has a 2 times longer service life.
