The heater can be installed at the bottom, top or both sides of the machine. Intelligent digital-display type instrument can be adopted to controltemperature. The air duct design of steam dryer machine can be divided into twokinds: horizontal air supply and vertical air supply.
Energy Conservation and Low Consumption of Steam Dryer
Taking steam dryer and airflow dryer into comparison: the electricity consumption of the former is 1/4 to 1/3 of the latter and thegas consumption is 1/2 to 2/3 of the latter. Compared with the horizontal airflowdryer, steam dryer with a length 20% to 30% shorter can save gas by 10% to 15%.Steam dryer can save considerable cost in lubrication and maintenance.
Good Softening Effect:
Steam dryer adopts horizontal cylinderstructure which has low energy consumption and small power. The materials canbe turned evenly without blind angle. So the softening effect is good.

Steam type dryer adopts a no-grade speedregulation mechanism which can regulate the process effectively andconveniently according to the different moisture contents of the material and differentprocess parameters. The transmission mode is unique: power transmission adoptsthe unique soft drive or gear drive which brings little abrasion to the machineand less noise.
Safe Discharging of Condensation Water:
The unique mechanism can discharge thecondensation water effectively and safely during production, thus improving theheating effect of steam considerably.
