Magnetic separation process is one of the most mature separation processes, which is widely used for choosing magnetic minerals.
It can be divided into two types: dry and wet separation method. Magnetic separation process is aimed at processing ore powder for tertiary separating of wet materials. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, large capacity and reasonable structure.
The Advantages of Magnetic Separation Plant
It has 400 ~ 1200GS magnetic field strength and 60 ~ 320 r/m magnetic roller speed. Wet materials are processed into finished concentrate iron powder after dehydrating, which is generally suitable for iron ore with 35% content of iron. After using this magnetic separation method, the iron content of iron ore concentrate powder is up to 68 ~ 70% and the utilization rate ore can reach 90%.
In addition, the process saves water, reduces costs and pollution. The dust produced by the separation process is collected by dust removal devices, which does not cause air pollution. This method has high production efficiency, good product quality, less environmental pollution, excellent technology creativity.
