In the drying production line of sand dryer, there are usually multiple feeding ports. In these interfaces, sand is easy to accumulate. So sand plugging is likely to happen, which will affect dryer's normal operation, productivity and drying effect of the finished sand.
Then how to judge the sand dryer plugged? Through the research and summary of the actual production process, our dryer technicians find that we can make a judgment according to the following two aspects.
1. The pressure of the high-pressure pump increases abruptly.
2. The temperature on the tower moth is raised significantly.
In order to avoid such situation, we have to choose appropriate screening machine, for the sake of filtering out the impurities in the materials. We must ensure that the screen of the screening device fits in the entryway and aperture of the dryer. Generally speaking, the diameter of the screen mesh should be one fifth of the dryer's entryway or aperture.
Then, we should also ensure that the sand dryer has access to two functions of airflow drying and pressure drying. After starting up, if the pressure of high-pressure pump hasn't reached the prescribed drying pressure, it still can dry materials by compressing the air, and stop to compress air when the high-pressure pump is working normally.
Finally, we can set up monitors to watch the production status in each interface of the dryer and pass the drying condition in each period to the observer through the video. So once sand plugging happens, it can be solved immediately.
