1. Oxygenating dynamic fermentation device. This type of drying machine demand the raw material of a approximately 45% moisture content, and is heated up by the interlayer water jacket. This device has a good sanitation effect on dealing with the sterilization and deodorization of chicken manure, but has a poor drying effect. The fresh organic manure should be preprocessed before entering into the device, and the fresh organic manure need drying after processed by it, which makes the processing time longer and decreases economic benefits. Besides, the processing scene is of bad sanitation condition. Because the product quality is unstable in use, so this type of drying machine is not worth popularizing.
2. High pressure thermal spraying device. This device demands the raw material moisture content around 40%. It achieves the sterilization and deodorization effect by going through a high pressure and high temperature treatment. This equipment has stable performance and good sanitation effect. But it also need a pretreatment on the chicken manure and a subsequent drying of it. In addition, it adopts high pressure boiler, making the investment higher and inconvenient to use.
3) Chicken manure fermentation and drying device. It is mainly composed of plastic greenhouses and fermentation mixer. The moisture content of the raw material is required to be below 65%. It takes advantage of the heat produced during the sterilization course to heat up the chicken manure up to 70 ℃ and thus to achieve the deodorization effect. This device is of large processing capacity with less energy consumption. Otherwise, it covers a big area, takes a long processing time, and is greatly affected by the outside temperature and humidity. When the weather is not favorable, it is hard to reduce the product moisture content below 20%.
4. Microwave drying equipment. This equipment is of good treatment effect, but significantly high cost.
5. Chicken manure dryer. This is the most widely used chicken manure treatment equipment.
