It heats and dries the sludge to a certain temperature ( 500 ℃) under the effect of catalyst, then translates sludge into four flammable products, that is, oil, water, non-condensable gas and carbon, by carbonization and thermal decomposition. Low temperature pyrolysis is a net energy output process, whose cost is less than directly burning.
