2. Observe the feeding amount and interval of the turning plate valve, whether it is adaptable to the sand dryer outlet speed. Tipper should be neither too much material to influence its discharge nor too little material to cause frequent vibration.
3. Be on time to conduct the refueling of rotating shaft oil cup. Each screw l~2 times, rotating one buckle is ok. The flashing valve should be observed to check whether the operation is flexible, the blanking is smooth, the balance hammer position is proper, or the contact of triangle cone and the feed nozzle is tight. According to the material fouling circumstances, the balance hammer can be appropriately adjusted. Triangular pyramid is usually movably connected to a lever.
