1. Before starting the sawdust dryer, check if the fixed position of the drum is correct. Open the cover and connect it with the switch of motor to rotate the drum according to the direction of the arrow.
2. Connect the electric wire. After 5 minutes of working, if there is no hot air to discharge, the dryer should be shut down to check whether the electric wire outlet is blocked.
3. Stop loading and unloading materials when the drying machine is working. The sawdust must be evenly distributed in the drum, if the materials are not parallel, the drum will shake violently.
4. In order to ensure the safety during the production process, we should always check and maintain the sawdust dryer. Its bearing should be filled with grease regularly, which has not only ensured the normal work of sawdust drying machine, but also prolonged the service life of equipment.
